INTRODUCTION:

BLJ-998FA can be applied as the binder in super anti-weathering high-grade emulsion paints for exterior walls. It provides with fluorocarbon polymerized, excellent resistance against water, weathering and staining, non-yellowing, resisting to acid rain.
